2009-2013
During this period, he worked at Belmosa Buffalo Milk Products. By developing a herd of Buffalo in Brazil, Antony created an opportunity to build a business using purely buffalo milk. This process is very close to perfection and the implications for so many other products are boundless. He is going to realizing the potential of this business opportunity. Upon leaving High school, he joined the family business. Antony’s Father who is of Italian decent as the surname suggests, was the founder of the family business. The Company was an importer, supplier and installer of exclusive, designer ceramic tiles and was responsible for being a pioneer in new innovative porcelain technologies. Having experienced every aspect of the business, he saw an opportunity to grow the company. Over a 5-year period he increased its turnover by 300% whilst lowering the overheads considerably, resulting in increased profits of 70%.Whilst developing the core business, he was instrumental in establishing various subsidiary companies, securing very large and profitable contracts with multinational organizations.
1987-2004
He ran a family owned business, “Best Tiles Pty Ltd” during this period. He identified and improved on its key success factors to take the business to the next levels of success.2001-2002
By running a parallel business, namely Commercial & ResidentialCeramics (CRC), he successfully proved his strong entrepreneurial skills to run more than one business simultaneously.
2002-2005
Running Commercial & Residential Bathrooms (CRB) during this period is another successful application of his business and entrepreneurial abilities on a set of business enterprises.2000-2004
The story of success also includes his work at Commercial & Residential Waterproofing (CRW) - an associated company of the main businesses. Throughout this period, years 2001-2003 he was given the opportunity to test and prove his business skills in the field of real estate - Commercial & Residential Properties (CRP).2002 to 2005

He worked at Precision Construction Management Ltd in London and Derby before starting work at Belmosa “Buffalo Milk Products”. Belmosa is the business where he found a whole new world of possibilities in retail food markets and he wrote his first book on high pressure processing "The Power of Pressure".
